We want you to love your SOMEE products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below.
1. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used skincare products. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We will happily replace or refund items if they are:

Delivered in a damaged condition,

Found to be faulty, or
-
Incorrect compared to your order.
To request a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at team@somee.com.au.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card).

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
5. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
